Though not light in motion, Bokeh has a special place in my heart as a genre of photography for a variety of reasons, most importantly that it captures light in most unpredictable ways. Of course you can say, that the lens design and blade shape has to do a lot with it but at the end of day getting a good bokeh is a lot of art and also science. I usually like to light up the background with small lights or use situations which can create interesting abstractions in the background.
